In 1998, I enrolled at The University of Akron while working full-time with an interior faux painter/artist who remodeled homes in Cleveland and Akron, Ohio areas. This was an exceptionally important time in my career because I began to understand the amount of time, money, and effort that goes into construction and home remodeling in order to make things look perfect.

In 2004 I changed directions and worked for a company that focused on various leadership styles taught in today's Corporate America. During this time I earned my MBA degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and I learned the importance of critical thinking, problem solving, and how to approach difficult situations tactfully yet assertively.

In 2012, I began my own home remodeling company, Spot-On Home Improvements, which quickly grew into a complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. After several years of working on thousands of homes in NE Ohio, I took my understanding of real estate further and received my real estate license in 2019.

Today, I find myself being able to help clients understand and see real and potential profits when buying or selling homes. Because I’m able to show clients what improvements can be done to a home, what it will cost, and what the upside will bring them in real dollars, I can help them easily decide in which direction they should go.
